After our initial contact with you (by email /contact form or telephone) we will arrange a meeting.
At the meeting we will listen carefully about all your wedding details. We will present you our packages, and also we have an album to show you printed examples of our work. Should you decide to book us at the meeting – we can complete the contract and issue you a receipt. If you would like to take more time to decide – we can pencil you in for a meeting in a week and we will send you reminder the following week.
If you are ready to book us – we can arrange another meeting to sign the contract and pay deposit. Also we can send you our bank details and contract by email so you can do everything through the Internet and just post us the signed contract.
Approximately one month before your wedding we organise an “Engagement” Photo session. Basically it is a practice photo session, where we can get to know you a little bit better, give you some advice regarding posing, and at the end we can sit down with you and prepare a clear plan of the wedding.
On the day before your wedding we give you a call to run through the plan, confirm address, etc.
Then on your wedding, the most beautiful and important day of your life. We work together to make sure we catch every moment. Our photographs are natural. We love taking pictures of people while smiling, chatting, sometimes crying. We blend into the background and won’t interrupt we just take your pictures. Of course we take formal family photographs, group photo of everyone and also we take you for a romantic photo session.
Around four weeks after the wedding, we organise viewing. We show you all the photographs and proof of the album. We will give you all that on the disc, so you can take them home to browse. If you would like to make changes, swap the pictures etc. – just send us an email with changes. We will send you another proof and when you are happy we will send your album to print. After another three weeks we should have your album back and you can collect your package.
